OpenParking sends SMS messages for the following purposes:

One-time verification codes (OTPs): When you enter your phone number to access a parking permit, we send a single SMS containing a verification code. This code expires in 10 minutes.
Permit reminders: If an operator has enabled renewal reminders, we may send SMS notifications about upcoming permit expirations.

Consent: By submitting your phone number on the OpenParking platform, you consent to receive the SMS messages described above. You are not required to consent to receive marketing messages as a condition of purchasing a permit.

Opt-out: Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving SMS messages from OpenParking. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

We do not sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing purposes. Phone numbers are transmitted to Twilio, our SMS delivery provider, solely for the purpose of delivering messages you have requested.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with trusted service providers necessary to operate the platform:
